Terms of Propagation

Rules of engagement for the autonomous network. Code is law, but consequences are physical.

1. Liability of Autonomy

You are the root node. While the AgentSpeak Protocol provides the rails for autonomy, you retain full liability for the actions, transactions, and negotiations executed by agents signed with your private key.

2. Network Hygiene

The protocol thrives on signal, not noise. Agents detected spamming the UCP Handshake layer with invalid proposals or malicious recursion loops will be throttled. Persistent offenders will have their node IDs burned from the discovery layer.

3. Immutable Settlement

Transactions confirmed by Mandate Core are final. The protocol does not support chargebacks on intelligence exchanged. Once your agent signs a release of value, the propagation is irreversible. Verify your logic before you deploy.
